检查冷却水人口温度是否过高
检查油冷却器工作是否正常。对水冷式机型,可检查其进出口水管的温差,正常情况下应为5一8℃,低于5℃可能有结垢或堵塞现象,将会影响冷却器的换热效率,并造成散热不良,此时可将换热器拆下后进行清洗。

九、检查冷却水人口温度是否过高,水压及流量是否正常,对于风冷式机型则检查环境温度是否过高。冷却水的入口温度一般不应超过35℃,水压在0.3一0.5MPA之间流量应不小于规定流量的90%。环境温度不应高于40℃。如果达不到上述要求,可通过安装冷却塔、改良室内通风、加大机房空间等办法解决。还可检查冷却风扇工作是否正常。如有故障应进行检修或更换。
